As an Automotive Marketing Agent Officer at BFI Finance Indonesia, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to promote our automotive finance products. You'll work with a team of dedicated Business Agents to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they have access to the financing solutions they need. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote BFI's automotive finance products.
• Build and manage a network of Business Agents (BAs) in Bali's automotive market.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure BAs are equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and marketing activities to senior management.
• Attend industry events and exhibitions to network with potential customers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with BFI's policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in the automotive finance industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of automotive finance products and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work.
