In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and preparation of banquet events, including menu selection, table settings, and decor.,Work closely with the banquet manager to ensure that all events run smoothly and according to schedule.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and event attendees.,Manage inventory and supplies for banquet events, ensuring that everything is in stock and ready for use.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, including tables, chairs, and equipment.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in banquet and event planning.,Assist in the training and development of new banquet staff members.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring that it is ready for the next event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a banquet or catering role is a plus.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
