Indonesia Concrete is looking for a Deputy Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operations team in ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other team members to achieve our company's goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of daily operations activities,Monitor and report on the performance of operations processes,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Support the operations team in resolving operational issues and challenges,Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives,Provide administrative support to the operations team,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operations activities,Support the operations team in achieving operational targets and KPIs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools,Ability to work well in a team environment,Proficient in Indonesian (written and spoken)
