PT Sri Digital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, including vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited procurement experience looking to build their career in procurement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract administration.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Support the procurement team in preparing and reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for procurement activities.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Support the procurement team in managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of procurement budgets and forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.,Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
