Agung Jaya Auto Service is looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Team Leader to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their leadership skills and make a significant impact in the automotive service industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality of service. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of our service standards and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage a team of technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure that all service work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed-upon timeframes.
  • Develop and implement service standards and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that all necessary parts and supplies are available.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, explaining services, and addressing any concerns.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our service offerings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive service industry.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with a strong ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside of normal business hours when required.
