Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned stores, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of store managers, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement store-specific strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
