📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception area's calendar.,Handle and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.,Provide excellent customer service and support to all visitors and clients.,Ensure the security and safety of the office premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Good organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
