Stripe is looking for a Risk Operations Associate to join our team in Mexico City. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing transactional data to identify and mitigate potential risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze transactional data to identify potential risks,Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements,Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement,Maintain and update risk management policies and procedures,Provide training and support to other team members on risk management best practices,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes,Generate reports and dashboards to track and visualize risk metrics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field,3-5 years of experience in risk operations or a similar role,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau,Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Fluency in English and Spanish
