📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain customer data and sales records
  • Track and report on sales performance and targets
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales operations or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to work in a remote setting and manage time effectively
