📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all financial and accounting activities across multiple locations in Bali.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and other financial transactions.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in the finance and accounting department.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance and accounting role, preferably in a multi-location environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in using financial software and accounting systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
