📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Pool & Cafe, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to ensure they deliver excellent customer service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, and the workplace is safe for all staff and guests.,Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked and ordered in a timely manner.,Monitor and report on sales performance, and work with the management team to meet revenue targets.,Organize and participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure staff development and improvement.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a Pool & Cafe setting.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions and team meetings.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Experience with sales reporting and performance monitoring.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
