📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, preparing job descriptions, and maintaining applicant records.,Support the HR team in administering employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources to start their roles successfully.,Maintain employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.,Assist in the development and maintenance of HR-related documentation and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a HR-related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
