📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors
  • Processing payments accurately and efficiently
  • Managing the cash register and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly
  • Assisting with patient check-ins and check-outs
  • Answering inquiries and providing information about the clinic's services
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Assisting with inventory management tasks
  • Following all health and safety protocols

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Fluency in Indonesian is a plus
