📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's menu.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the quality and safety of food.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Support in special events and promotions by preparing special dishes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
