📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Mentor and coach employees to support their professional growth and development.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to ensure effectiveness.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to plan and execute learning initiatives.,Foster a culture of learning and development within the organization.,Provide support and guidance to employees on career development and succession planning.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
