📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Conduct employee orientation and training programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Good knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English is a plus.
