As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our products and services. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both remotely and in our Kendal office. If you have a passion for writing and a knack for explaining complex technical concepts, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, API documentation, and other technical content.,Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets industry standards.,Work with the marketing team to create product guides and whitepapers.,Provide technical support to customers by answering their questions and resolving their issues.,Continuously improve the quality and usability of our technical documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, concise, and engaging writing style.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or MadCap Flare.,Experience with version control systems, such as Git.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
