📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.,Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
