📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety regulations and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet the company's high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the restaurant's success and align with the company's overall goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
