📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead a team of accountants and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Conduct financial analyses and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting department's budget and resources effectively.,Supervise the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address financial matters.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage and mentor a team of accountants.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
