📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained, leading to customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and regulations.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best products and services for the restaurant.,Plan and execute special events and promotions to boost revenue and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer service.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience in marketing and promotional activities is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
