📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant.
  • Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for guests.
  • Manage inventory and ordering to optimize costs and maintain quality.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high standards of service.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
