📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Ensure the coffee shop is clean and organized, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.,Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide a pleasant experience.,Manage inventory and place orders for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.,Assist in training and supervising junior baristas.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Participate in coffee tastings and quality control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic bookkeeping.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Passion for coffee and commitment to providing high-quality products.,Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
