📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Lead and manage the collections team, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement innovative debt recovery strategies to improve our collections process.,Monitor and analyze collections data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to facilitate debt resolution.,Train and mentor junior members of the collections team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of collections activities with overall business operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in debt recovery to continuously improve our strategies.,Report on collections performance and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
