Salon Gita Digital is looking for a Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in this field. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure that vehicles are used efficiently and effectively.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure that they are being used in the most cost-effective way possible.,Monitor fuel consumption and other expenses related to the fleet, and work to reduce costs where possible.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary paperwork is up to date.,Investigate and resolve any issues or problems that arise with the fleet, such as breakdowns or accidents.,Provide training and support to drivers and other stakeholders as needed.,Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management, and implement any necessary changes to the company's fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team of stakeholders.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
