Life Sun Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This role offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in Palu.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to enhance their performance.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training management tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
