📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee sustainability projects and initiatives across the palm oil supply chain
• Conduct environmental risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Develop and implement sustainability training programs for employees and suppliers
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics using SAP and Microsoft Office
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in sustainability practices
• Participate in industry conferences and networking events to stay updated on sustainability trends
• Ensure all sustainability activities are aligned with Averis' environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability operations, particularly in the palm oil industry
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability best practices
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office for data management and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Certification in sustainability management or related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
