📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily drilling operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Lead and mentor a team of drillers and support staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and maintain drilling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and implement drilling schedules and plans, considering geological data and operational constraints.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, addressing any issues promptly.
• Analyze drilling data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, geology, and environmental, to achieve operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in drilling operations management, with a proven track record in similar roles.
• Certification in Drilling Operations Management (e.g., API, IWCF, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficiency in drilling software, such as DrillView, Petrel, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards relevant to the mining and energy sector.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
