As a Company Nurse at Reca Resort Inc., you’ll provide primary care, triage, and emergency response to guests and staff. You’ll also collaborate with our medical team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This role is ideal for a nurse with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a luxury setting.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide primary care, triage, and emergency response to guests and staff.
- Assist in the management of the resort’s pharmacy, including medication administration and inventory control.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for guests and staff.
- Educate guests and staff on health and safety practices.
- Participate in staff training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Ensure the resort’s healthcare facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the necessary supplies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
- Experience with medical software such as Epic or Cerner.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
