📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth in the B2B segment.
• Manage financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for B2B clients, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure financial goals align with business objectives.
• Optimize cash flow and reduce costs through financial analysis and process improvements.
• Use SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks to manage and analyze financial data.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial training and support to B2B teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in B2B finance, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
