In this role, you will work closely with students to develop personalized lesson plans, provide feedback, and track progress using our in-house Learning Management System (LMS).

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective IELTS preparation lessons
Create and update lesson plans and materials using our LMS
Provide constructive feedback to students on their speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills
Track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Collaborate with other tutors and staff to ensure a high-quality learning experience
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Promote a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
