📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Support HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records and processing payroll.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee surveys and provide feedback to improve workplace satisfaction and engagement.
• Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR strategy discussions.
• Assist in organizing and executing HR-related events and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
