📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and analyze inefficiencies and waste in current processes using tools like Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production quality and efficiency.
• Lead and facilitate improvement projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive change.
• Measure and report on the impact of improvement initiatives to demonstrate ROI.
• Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior management to align improvement efforts with strategic business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or a similar role.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Value Stream Mapping are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
