- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using our in-house software.
- Assist in the front office operations, including document management and record-keeping.
- Provide information about our services and products to clients.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to our services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or front office roles.
- Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the veterinary industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
