As a Line Cook at Mamita's Lasagna, you'll be part of a dynamic team that prepares and serves our signature lasagna and other Italian dishes. You'll work closely with our Head Chef to ensure our food is prepared to the highest standards, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Your day-to-day tasks will include prepping ingredients, cooking pasta, sauces, and other dishes, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen.

- Prepare and cook Italian dishes, including lasagna, pasta, and sauces, using fresh ingredients and high-quality products.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Assist in the preparation of daily specials and menu items.
- Keep track of inventory and restock kitchen supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in the training of new kitchen staff.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and techniques.
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools, including ovens, stoves, and food processors.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
